Thanks for penning your thoughts, Sherry. I agree that everything doesn't have to be a thing and we should all just do whatever we want without making a big deal out of it.

I wonder though, if we can live in a world where we praise people for both wanting to celebrate going makeup-free and also those who embrace makeup as part of their daily routine. I suspect that those people who are preaching going makeup free like Alicia may just need some extra validation and love. And if we can understand it's about them and not about us, perhaps there can be more compassion that goes aroud.
