I think she realizes that her advice comes from what she would want - i.e. attention from lots of men even if it's not a genuine connection. And I think there's nothing wrong with that, it's just what she'd want, not what I would want.

And ahh what a good question, it's making me think about what makes anyone click in general. I think in some ways I understand how she is because I used to be like her (direct, likes things to be done fast, no BS - very Russian of her), but I've learned to tame that side of me down yet I still understand it. But once you can see beyond people's surface, you can see their true self - the kindness and compassion - and I can see all of that in her beyond the no BS persona she presents to the world.
